Theme Of The Year:
Building a Growing & High Performance Church

The 2025 Theme artwork represents the Church as a building in progress, emphasizing unity, prayer, learning, leadership, and teamwork to achieve a growing and high-performance church. Guided by Archbishop Akwasi Asare Bediako and rooted in Christ, the Church is built through strong structures, effective systems, and committed people working together to fulfill God’s purpose.

The 2025 Theme artwork symbolizes the Church as a building under construction, representing the ongoing process of becoming a growing and high-performance church. The building features completed and unfinished parts, reflecting the need for proper structures—physical, spiritual, and organizational—to fulfill God’s standards (Colossians 1:28; Ephesians 4:1–32). These structures must be supported by systems, policies, and well-trained people, as none can stand alone. Members are shown actively working with strength (1 Peter 4:11; Luke 10:27), symbolizing their involvement in preaching, worship, discipleship, prayer, evangelism, and ministry work, all of which require spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional effort.

The artwork also includes individuals with measuring tools, emphasizing accountability and alignment with God’s purpose—reminding us that "what you do not measure, you cannot improve." Leaders are tasked with guiding and maintaining standards with humility and love, serving as examples to others. There are also depictions of people learning, highlighting the importance of knowledge and growth through God’s Word (Proverbs 19:8). Loving God with our minds calls for continuous learning and capacity building for clergy and laity alike, through Bible study, training, and application of knowledge for the benefit of the Church and the surrounding community.

Other elements include a soldier keeping watch, symbolizing the power and necessity of prayer (1 Thessalonians 5:17; Ephesians 6:18; Matthew 26:41), which protects and aligns the Church with God’s will. A man holding the blueprint represents the General Overseer, Archbishop Akwasi Asare Bediako, entrusted by God to lead the Church according to His divine plan. Just as every building needs a master plan, the Church must follow the God-given vision without division or disobedience. Ultimately, the artwork calls all members to unite under Christ, the Firm Foundation (1 Corinthians 3:9–15), building with the right materials—structures, systems, and people—to glorify God and fulfill His purpose.
